Fire extinguishing control
The fire extinguishing retreading control laboratory took place in 2008. We are the only certified fire extinguishing retreading laboratory in Sitia, certified by a recognized certification body (Evetam) with a certified (by the same body) person responsible for controlling fire extinguishers. We undertake the maintenance of any type of fire extinguisher and there is a possibility of delivery even on the same day.
We undertake the study and installation of permanent fire extinguishing systems where required (professional kitchens, engine rooms, medium voltage areas, etc.) We have for sale all kinds of fire extinguishers, fire nests (metal, stainless steel, polyester) with their fire extinguishing materials .) We undertake the design - supervision, construction, maintenance of all types of fire detection systems. We also have for sale that is related to fire detection materials (fire detection panels, smoke detectors-thermo-differential-explosive mixtures, light sirens, buttons, etc.). Finally we trade Industrial gases such as Industrial Oxygen, Argon, Korgon, Carbon Dioxide, Nitrogen and others.
Technical office of engineers
The Technical Office has been active since 1994, by the family of Agiasmatis, Agiasmatis Sotiris, Agiasmatis Michalis and Agiasmatis Napoleon. Of which, all are Graduate Mechanical Engineers.
Agiasmatis Sotiris has been active since 1985, Agiasmatis Michalis since 2016 while Agiasmatis Napoleon, recently joined.
The objects that the office deals with are:
• Electromechanical - hydraulic studies (Cooling, heating, water supply, sewerage, heat loss, thermal insulation, active and passive fire protection, electrical installations, grounding, elevator, fire extinguishers, dredgers, dredgers, overturners)
• Energy certificates (EPCs)

• Safety Technician - occupational risk assessment studies

Public and private projects
Since 1994 we are active in both public and private E/M - Hydraulic projects (contractor, degree E/M - Plumbing, 1st floor) We have our own fleet of earthmoving machinery, trucks and equipment for their immediate execution.
Drilling utilization
One of our main activities is the utilization of drillings, the repairs - maintenance of pumping units. With the experienced technical staff and with the perfect equipment (telescopic crane with a capacity of 20tn, trucks and others) we undertake the lifting - launching, repair of drilling pumps from drillings of any depth. We also undertake the design, supervision, construction, maintenance, repair of any electrical, electronic, hydraulic object, related to drilling. Main customers are the Municipality of Sitia, the Municipality of Ierapetra, the Municipality of Agios Nikolaos, TOEB Sitia, TOEB Papagiannadon and many others.
